History
The Preston is located in The historic Royal Sonesta Chase Park Plaza Hotel and honors the legacy of Preston Bradshaw, the architect behind the iconic hotel which opened in 1922. His work established the Chase as a cornerstone of St. Louis social and cultural life. The Preston builds on that foundation by creating a dining experience rooted in craftsmanship, intentionality, and connection.
